    Neil is a proven IT professional with over 35 years of experience. Having spent the first 30 years of his career in many technical and business leadership roles, Neil has acquired broad knowledge and expertise on the business of IT and driving business transformations. Neil’s dedication to excellence and passion for achievement has won him numerous accolades, including a President's Award from his former Fortune 500 employer, which is reserved for only a few every year for their work in bringing the greatest impact while living the company values.

    After 25 years of driving business change, Neil began to meet with his company’s customers on how his company was transforming their IT organization. From this experience Neil found a great deal of satisfaction in sharing with customers his experiences and realized there was a great demand for it.

    He continues to bring his passion and energy to his clients greatest challenges through consulting engagements.

    For most of Kevin’s career, he has helped people in organizations to make change happen. Having started in HR consulting, it wasn’t long before he found himself in Tech and IT, where he really started to see and feel the effects of change for people, in all parts of a company (processes, policies, strategies, programs, systems, and structures).

    Fast forward a couple decades and Kevin is a certified change professional with a bit of gray hair and a lot of design and delivery experience. Having worked in both industry and consulting, he’s comfortable interacting with people at all levels (from C-suite leader to individual contributor). His areas of specialty are strategy and organizational change, which he couples with a strong program management and process improvement foundation. Recent clients include one of the world’s largest social media companies and a global HRM technology leader.

    Kevin says the volume and pace of change are game-changing for the modern organization and every engagement is an opportunity to help a client to develop the capabilities needed to thrive in this evolving ecosystem. Changeability is a superpower.
